Steve Floyd grew up in Chicago, where he developed his passion for basketball. A 1978 graduate of Calumet High School, he starred in both football and basketball before continuing his collegiate basketball career at West Texas State and later at North Central Bible College, where he earned All-American honors. Dedicated to giving back, Steve went on to establish several youth basketball programs focused on skill development, mentorship, and building strong character in young athletes.
