Growing up in the Twin Cities, Demetairs developed a strong connection to community and communication from an early age. A graduate of Edison High School, he excelled both academically and athletically, playing basketball throughout high school and demonstrating leadership, teamwork, and discipline—qualities that would later define his professional journey.

Driven by a passion for truth and impactful storytelling, Demetairs founded The Truth, a business publication dedicated to providing insightful and authentic perspectives.  He later expanded his work in media by spending ten years in radio, where he honed his skills in broadcasting, audience engagement, and content development.

With his unique blend of entrepreneurial experience, communications expertise, and a foundation in sports, Demetairs brings creativity, integrity, and a strong work ethic to every endeavor he has and currently participates in.
